The Kitchen Table
Set within the working kitchen itself, the Kitchen Table seats up to six guests around a counter facing the pass. Chefs narrate each course as it's finished, plating and explaining dishes moments before they reach you. It is the closest seat in the house — and the most personal way to experience Unalome. The Experience
Twelve courses. No fixed script.
The Kitchen Table menu runs longer than our main tasting menu and changes nightly depending on what arrives at the kitchen door that afternoon. Expect extra courses, off-menu experiments, and direct conversation with the chefs. Placeholder copy.

The Kitchen Table cannot be booked online. Given its limited availability and bespoke format, all Kitchen Table reservations are arranged directly with our reservations team by phone or email — this lets us tailor the evening to any dietary needs and confirm the exact date and party size with you personally.
